General Membership Meeting

Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm by President John Moynihan.
Minutes for Oct 10, 2017 meeting were approved.
 
Treasurer’s Report
         Beginning Bal:     $   269.49
                                         +   620.00 (member dues)
                                         +     40.00 (50/50)
         Ending Bal:          $   929.49 
 
Old Business
         Ken Brace reviewed the results of the Woodside Reserve tournament.
 
         Ken Brace gave an update regarding his conversation with the Cedar Creek
         POACC board re: Golf Course / POACC liaison. The POACC agreed to designate
         a board member for this role: Gary Crisafulli
 
New Business
         A drawing was held for a free entry in a MGA tournament. The winners were:
         John Moynihan & Jim Campbell.
 
         The Match Play tournament – Nov 17 & 18 has been cancelled.
 
         The Par 3 (Brrr 3) will be held Jan 13 (Foul weather date of Jan 20) – Ken Sabol is
         the Tournament Director.
 
         We are working on the tournament schedule for 2018 – more to come.
 
General Discussion
         Dave Zimmerman spoke briefly about his experience with ‘Golf elbow’ – it is
         different than Tennis elbow. Dave had very successful results from his treatment
         @ CMI.
 
50/50 Drawing
         $83 collected, winning ticket 434706 earned John Moynihan  $41.50 – congrats!
