Minutes

Meeting called to order at 2:45 PM by President John Moynihan

Forty (40) Members were in attendance.

Minutes for the November, 21 Meeting were approved
Treasurer’s Report was Presented by Jeff Kanc
    Beginning balance  $1332.33
    Closing Balance      $1332.33

    50/50 Running Total 189.50

Old Business
    Results of the Gordon Lakes Tournament were Presented
New Business
    Vote approved new Board Members

        Dick Leach, President
        Ken Brace, Vice President
        Ed Schneider, Secretary 
        Jeff Kanc, Treasurer

John Moynihan passed the gavel to the new President Dick Leach to presided over the remainder of the meeting.
The New Constitution and By-Laws were approved by the membership    
The name of the association changed to the “Golf Association of Cedar Creek. The general membership meeting changed to Quarterly Meetings.
The new Constitution and By-Laws are posted on the website.
Dick Leach Discussed proposed initial new committees needing volunteers.  Please let one of the officers know if you will serve on a committee 

Overhead Presentation on the new World Handicap System was presented by Andrew Wilson followed by a Question and Answer period.

Richard Stamm won  $50 in the 50/50 Drawing
