General Membership Meeting

Meeting called to order at 5:00 pm by President John Moynihan.
Minutes for Aug 8, 2017 meeting were approved.
 
Note: We had an abbreviated meeting. Only 10 members were present due to the CSRA Golf outing @ Monticello.
 
Treasurer’s Report
         We now have 127 paid members
         Beginning Bal:     $   396.39
                                   +     10.00 (1 new member)
                                   +     27.50 (50/50)
         Ending Bal:          $   433.89 
 
 
Old Business
         Discussed the Orangeburg tournament – our members enjoyed the course and
         would definitely play there again (probably from a different set of Tees).
 
         Reviewed the results from The River Club tournament.
 
New Business

• Our current MGA officers will remain in their positions for the new year.

         Two of our officers (Don Kasper [Treasurer] & Dean Spiro [Secretary]) are serving
         their last allowable year. We will need to replace them next year – please consider
         serving.

• We are now executing our Membership Drive for the new year.
  

         Please place your dues($10) in the MGA box - and if you are aware of potential new members please
         encourage them to join.
 
50/50 Drawing
         Due to the low attendance, the 50/50 raffle was not held.
 
Meeting was adjourned at 5:20 pm.
