Spring is here and with favorable temps following earlier application of herbicide and fertilizer the course will soon be turning green again. The greens are in good condition having held their color through the winter. Greens are being mowed and mowing elsewhere as needed is underway soon to be more frequent. Gary and his staff have done a good deal of work clearing undergrowth and brush from areas outside of the roughs giving the course a “clean” look (and not so incidentally making it easier to locate a wayward ball).
